RealRaise
RealRaise is an online commercial real estate investing platform connecting individual investors with real estate managers raising capital. Founded by a team of real estate professionals and technology experts, they want to level the playing field for you to have the same access to building wealth as the world’s largest professional investors.
RealRaise approached us seeking comprehensive brand, UX, UI, and development work for their website. Their primary goals included enhancing SEO, creating a streamlined system for updating content, developing a user-friendly dashboard, and designing custom reusable sections to ensure a cohesive and dynamic user experience.
To deliver RealRaise's website, we utilised Prismic and GatsbyJS. Gatsby's React-based framework allowed us to create fast, efficient, and scalable websites, ensuring pages load almost instantly. Prismic, our chosen content management system, provided the flexibility and customisation needed for an SEO-friendly site.
RealRaise gave us creative freedom with the design, allowing us to make the brand stand out with bright colours and cool animations. We developed dynamic and customisable blog templates and implemented gated resources, where users enter an email to access downloadable PDFs. Additionally, we built a user-friendly dashboard complete with forgot password, sign up and sign in pages.
Our collaboration with RealRaise has resulted in a remarkable website that not only connects individual investors with real estate managers raising capital but also reflects a high level of professionalism and innovative design. The exceptional creativity and functionality of the website were recognised with an Australian Web Award, showcasing the success and impact of our collaboration.
