Clean Vibes is a leading nationwide provider of sustainable cleaning and waste management services. With a commitment to creating safe and cleaner environments, they deliver top-tier solutions for venues, festivals, events, and businesses.

After successfully collaborating on the website redesign for their child company, City Return and Earn, Clean Vibes entrusted us to revamp their primary website. We began with a thorough UX audit of their existing site, followed by a detailed competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement. Using these insights, we developed a comprehensive site map to guide the redesign process.
While respecting their established brand identity, we retained their logo and primary brand colour but elevated the overall aesthetic with dynamic custom illustrations and vibrant accent colours, infusing the site with energy and freshness. To ensure seamless brand consistency, we also created an extensive branding and social media guideline, aligning their digital presence across all platforms.








In the Clean Vibes website redesign, our focus was on elevating usability and functionality. We replaced the problematic Google Maps integration with a dynamic ticker tape highlighting their 22 locations, while preserving individual pages to maintain SEO benefits. To enhance navigation, we introduced category tags, allowing users to easily filter projects by service or location.
We expanded self-service capabilities with intuitive service sign-up steps and a dedicated portal for container collection requests. For job applicants, we transformed a cumbersome Google Form into a sleek, multi-step JotForm integrated with monday.com, seamlessly aligned with the site’s UI for a more user-friendly application process.






By streamlining project discovery, visitors could effortlessly explore services, resulting in an increase in inquiries and conversions. The improved self-service options further elevated the user experience by removing barriers to service sign-up, boosting customer satisfaction, and driving higher service enrolment rates.
